After all of the craziness that came with October, I have just been relaxing around the house since the start of November. Mom is still even more camera crazy than normal with her new camera, so I have been posing for her constantly. Of course, this is just the start of my future modeling career. I even get my picture taken when I am just hanging out in the backyard. By the way, I found a tree in our yard that is just my size; it must have been put there specifically for me. I have also found two new hiding spots this week; I am disregarding the fact that Opie found both of them first, for I am the brains in our duo. We both like to sit underneath the side table; I especially like to try and sit on top of him under the side table. He gets out of the way pretty quickly; I don't know why he doesn't want to be close to me at all times. We also both love our parents' closet. I have decided that Dad's shoes make a great personal throne, from which I can dictate everyone's wardrobe choices. Opie just likes to rub his face on them - weirdo! Besides playing household stylist, I was able to help Mom put the Halloween decorations away on Monday night; I pushed and pulled the decoration crate around the dining room and living room as she filled it up. I pushed and pushed no matter how heavy it got; I just huffed and puffed a little harder as more decorations were added. Weight is no object to me because I am Super Livie! It was a wonderful upper body workout.
We had the Moms' Lunch/Playgroup on Tuesday, which was loads of fun, like always. Thank you, Mrs. Alisha, for hosting. On Thursday, we had an impromptu park party. Lucas and I went down to get out of the house for a bit, and Selina and Jackson just happened to be on a walk, or ride, so they met us. Selina crawled for the first time - yay! Jackson wanted desperately to get down and play with the big kids - very soon, Jackson, - and Lucas and I just walked around and played. Lucas loves going down the slide forwards and backwards; I, on the other hand, am not so sure about the whole slide concept. I kept dragging my foot along the slide to help slow myself down. The ground at the bottom just looked a little too hard for my liking, and I have to protect this face if I am going to flourish as a supermodel. Lucas got upset when Mom gave me a cereal bar because he didn't have one; therefore, I ate half and then, unbeknownst to the Moms, handed him the other half. I'm getting pretty good at this sharing stuff. Lucas is really good at it though; he tried to get all of us to drink out of his cup. It was a beautiful day with some awesome company. This week, I have finally decided to start drinking milk straight up, with no added yogurt juice, and I now LOVE my milk. I have also mastered the fork; although, I can't quite figure out how to pick up corn with it. I ate my entire dinner with a fork for the first time on Thursday night. The only downside to this week is that I have a serious diaper rash from teething; however, I have been able to run around naked, a lot, so that makes up for the pain a little bit. I think that I have peed on every towel and sheet in the house multiple times. The diaper rash does hurt though, and Mom is trying everything to get it cleared up as quickly as possible. Sorry, Mom says I can't share any cute, naked-butt pictures on the blog, just to be safe.
Lovin' the Fall Weather in my Own Backyard
Living in a house divided is tough, but notice, I'm always on Georgia's side.
